Raising Money For Your Deals

In almost every type of real estate syndication transaction, there is some type of equity required from the buyer to close the transaction.

Equity could represent many forms such as cash down-payment, closing costs, renovation funds, working capital, reserves, loan costs, carrying cost and many other possible forms of equity. Depending on your cash position, you may want to contribute some or none of the equity required to closing the deal and executing your property business plan.  Using other people's money to buy investment real estate requires pooling investor funds to raise the equity funds.
